Standing with Walker in Wisconsin
Today I’m in Wisconsin defending Governor Scott Walker and the Tea Party from leftist attacks. In case you haven’t heard, the liberal establishment is attempting to recall Governor Scott Walker from office because he decided to stand up for Tea Party principles. Instead of caving to big labor, Governor Walker courageously balanced Wisconsin’s budget and cut wasteful spending. Now, the Obama machine is furious that special interest groups are losing handouts due to Governor Walker’s fiscal responsibility. Despite the fact that Governor Walker is improving Wisconsin’s economy, the left wants to remove him.
A Movement is Born
Three years ago today, the first tea parties took place around the country!
One week earlier, Rick Santelli had a rant on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. His rant went viral on YouTube and throughout social media. A group of conservatives came together through Twitter the following day and planned for tea parties one week later.
CPAC – The Tea Party Visits DC
Last weekend, I attended the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) with thousands of Tea Party activists in Washington. The energy in the air to defeat Barack Obama and take back the United States Senate was incredible! It was great to see so many friends and activists dedicated to taking our country back.
Herman Cain Tells It Like It Is in Tea Party SOTU Response
On January 24th, I had the pleasure of listening to Herman Cain give the Tea Party State of the Union Speech. The contrast between Herman’s speech and Barack Obama’s State of the Union was astounding. While Barack Obama called for more spending and more government, Herman truthfully told the American public that “the State of the Union is not good.”
Tea Party Express at CPAC 2012
Over the past few days, I have been in our nation’s capital attending the Conservative Political Action Conference, also known as CPAC. The first CPAC conference was started in 1973 and has become an annual tradition in conservative politics. This year, CPAC celebrates the 39th year! Each year, more and more people come from across the country to attend the conference. CPAC has come to be known as the largest gathering of conservatives in the country.
Yes We Cain: Tea Party Response to the State of the Union

Last year, Tea Party Express delivered the first ever Tea Party Response to the State of the Union with Congresswoman Michele Bachmann. This year, Herman Cain will be delivering the official Tea Party Response to the President’s address.
