Tea Party Express Endorses Dean Heller for U.S. Senate in Nevada

Sacramento, CA – Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest grassroots Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Senator Dean Heller in Nevada

Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “With conservative control of the U.S. Senate hanging in the balance, it is most imperative for conservatives to hold on in critical swing states like Nevada. Dean Heller has been a reliable and consistent supporter of the Tea Party agenda that is restoring the economy, putting Americans back to work, and draining the swamp in Washington. By sending him back to the Senate next Tuesday, Nevadans will continue reaping the benefits of conservative policies that are bringing their state back from the economic stagnation of the Obama years.

“Dean Heller has a proven record of working across party lines to fix problems affecting the daily lives of Nevadans, and he has successfully passed more than 100 different pieces of legislation into law, including his proposals to protect Nevada’s 300,000 military veterans, support small businesses, boost the state’s tourism economy, and fight vile crimes such as human trafficking. Thanks to Dean’s support, conservatives have won their biggest victories yet under President Trump: the confirmation of two conservative judges to the U.S. Supreme Court and the tax cut bill, which has reinvigorated the economy and resulted in some of the lowest unemployment ever recorded, including in economically hard-hit states like Nevada.

“With polling this tight only a week before the election, conservative control of the Senate could be determined by what happens in Nevada. Allowing extreme liberal Jacky Rosen to steal this Senate seat could very well put the Democrats and Chuck Schumer in charge and ensure two years of obstructionism and partisanship that would effectively halt all the progress President Trump and our Tea Party Congress have made. No new conservative judges would be confirmed, out-of-control spending would continue, and no additional regulatory or tax cuts would be enacted to further help our economy. That potential disaster is why it is so important for Nevadans to reelect conservative Senator Dean Heller,” Russo concluded.
