Tea Party Express Endorses Dave Brat
Sacramento, CA – Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest Tea Party political action committee, proudly endorses Dave Brat in Virginia’s 7th Congressional District.
Tea Party Express’ Executive Director Taylor Budowich said, “Dave Brat’s primary victory will be remembered as one of the biggest grassroots Tea Party-fueled upsets ever. Through a bold vision built on conservative ideas, Dave Brat has galvanized voters to believe in his message of limited government and fiscal responsibility.
“Every second, America sets a new record for national debt,” Budowich said. “We need leaders like Dave Brat to go to Washington, D.C. and rein in the reckless spending and grow our economy. It’s time for America to kick these failed Keynesian ideas of “spending our way to prosperity” to the curb and support pro-growth policies to restore economic prosperity.
“Dave Brat has proven through his career as a sought-after economist that he understands the economy and how to manage a federal budget. He is committed to getting our fiscal house in order, and will fight to reduce erroneous regulations and red tape that is strangling our economy.
