Tea Party Express Endorses Jeff Bell for U.S. Senate
Sacramento, CA – Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest Tea Party political action committee, proudly endorses Jeff Bell for U.S. Senate in New Jersey.
Tea Party Express’ Executive Director Taylor Budowich said, “Jeff Bell’s 40-year career has been defined by his unwavering support for pro-growth, fiscally responsible economic policies. Jeff won the New Jersey Republican U.S. Senate primary back in 1978 running a conservative-insurgent campaign much like those of recent memory, including Senators Rand Paul, Mike Lee, and Ted Cruz. That grassroots, conservative-minded approach to politics has never changed.
“Jeff Bell went on to help develop and champion supply side economics. His voice and ideas were influential in forming Reagan’s tax reform policies and his contributions were felt during the economic boom of the late 1980s and 1990s.
“Jeff’s commitment to expanding opportunity and liberty stands in stark contrast to the policies currently supported by the majority party in the U.S. Senate. Senators Harry Reid and Cory Booker have failed to rein in the out-of-control spending and crippling tax policies. Instead they have piled onto the problems and further perpetuated the failed policies that are responsible for America’s current economic stagnation.
