SACRAMENTO, CA: Tea Party Express, the nation’s largest Tea Party political action committee, is pleased to announce its endorsement of Rep. Richard Hudson for reelection in North Carolina’s Eighth Congressional District.
Tea Party Express Co-Founder and Chief Strategist Sal Russo said, “Less than three weeks remain before Election Day, and with early voting beginning today in North Carolina, the 2020 campaign is coming down to the wire. Congressman Richard Hudson, who has been an effective champion of Tea Party values in Congress, is locked in a tight race for reelection and is counting on conservatives to pull him over the finish line. We proudly endorse him today and encourage Eighth District voters to cast their votes for one of the most effective Members of Congress.
“Since his election to Congress in 2012, Congressman Hudson has worked tirelessly to cut wasteful federal spending, reform our broken healthcare system, and stimulate the economy by cutting taxes and reducing onerous regulations. As a result of his principled leadership, he was named the most effective North Carolina legislator as well as the twelfth most conservative member of Congress.
